  • The activated carbon inside the filter is not fully filled, which is an intentional industrial design. Carbon expands by 10%-20% when absorbing water; the reserved space prevents shell cracking and ensures even water flow for optimal filtration. This is not a quality defect.

  • A small amount of carbon dust may appear in the first few uses due to friction during transportation, which is common for all activated carbon filters.

    Activation steps:

    ① Soak the filter in clean water for 10 minutes, shake gently to release air bubbles.

    ② Discard the first 2-3 batches of filtered water.
