Regarding the issue of label packaging:

The following are actual photos taken, but there may be slight differences in the packaging labels between the new and old versions. Please ignore some of the different displays on the labels. The hard drive is the same. The actual products are all original and brand new products

Regarding the issue of serial number query:

Chinese version. Due to differences in country, login website, and IP website, as well as different versions, it is normal that the query cannot be recognized. The hard drives are all brand new products

Regarding the issue of power on and usage frequency:

Some products may display a small number of power on cycles because the factory requires quality testing. If there are short-term power on cycles, please ignore them. Thank you for your advance notice and understanding.

Please be aware of the above issues in advance before purchasing. We will not accept refunds for small amounts of power on due to different packaging. Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a happy order and a pleasant life!

Note: 500GB cache speed is 16MB, and 1-4TB is 64MB

Regarding the details of the 500GB hard drive, due to version and factory issues, the actual sending cache for this model is SATA/16MB, and the label shows that it needs to be the same as the 1-4TB label due to factory settings. The actual sending cache for the 500GB hard drive is 16MB, and the label shows 64MB, please ignore it. If you mind, please check carefully before placing your order. Thank you for your understanding and have a pleasant life

The actual photos are shown below. Some packaging or labels may be slightly different due to actual factory production or packaging upgrades and updates. Please ignore them.
